- Checking the price table
The amount charged is always the one in Zera's pricing table, checked on the server at the time of purchase. This summary is here for you to review what you chose, not to set the price.
The conversations Meta charges for are paid by you, directly to Meta, at its public rates, with the payment method attached to your own business account. That amount does not pass through Zera.
Create your account
These details create your account and back the charge and the invoice. The plan and the payment come at the next step.
Confirm your email
We sent a 6-digit code to your email. It arrives within 1 minute. Also check your spam folder and the Promotions tab.
Sign-up received.
If the details are correct, we send an access link to your email. It is valid for 15 minutes.
What happens now
- When we finish the sign-up, you receive an access link by email that takes you to step 2.
- Step 2: you complete the payment (and choose the plan, if you have not yet), for the amount shown on screen before you confirm. The invoice is issued from the tax ID you gave here.
- Step 3: you tell us which number goes to the WhatsApp API and how it is used today.
- Step 4: you connect the number in the Meta window, signing in with the Facebook account of whoever manages the business on Meta.
- Meta reviews your business display name, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
- After that, the number shows up in your dashboard.
